About Kristin Saybe

For over a decade, I’ve combined my mentorship, recruitment and project management skills to support mission-driven organizations and the people who make those organizations thrive. I cut my teeth running campaign offices for the Fund for the Public Interest before moving into recruitment directing roles. With the Outreach Team, I had the opportunity to scale and manage large recruitment efforts across key battleground states. While I enjoy the challenge of project managing large-scale recruitment initiatives, the heart of what I love to do is connect talented people with great organizations to make the world a better and more just place. My work with NRG Consulting as a lead recruiter and career coach has allowed me to return to the work that I love. My approach to career coaching meets individual candidates where they are in the job search process. I offer both technical support to candidates, as well as thought partnership and accountability. The job search process can be lonely and having a partner in the search can make a huge difference. I strive to offer services that are accessible to a wide range of people who need support from early career professionals to executive leaders.
