With 20 years of experience in design strategy, UX & CX leadership, and architecture, I am passionate about interdisciplinary approaches that simplify problems to meet fundamental needs. Regardless of physical, digital, or service design, I guide teams towards empathetic, intuitive, and beautiful experiences. As an architecture major from the University of Virginia, I was trained to think critically and spatially. Over my career I have successfully led a portfolio of products while continually delivering innovative solutions from insights gained through persona creation, rapid prototyping, A/B version-testing, and quantifiable analytics.
