In my recent role as a Program Manager focused on workforce development and social responsibility, I found my true passion in uplifting individuals, companies, and industries by providing them with the necessary skills and education to succeed. I thrive on executing projects that make a real difference while helping my company achieve its goals. Developed a comprehensive training database comprising curriculums, presentations, and activities tailored for various organizations and trades, tripling our annual trainings per year. Expanded outreach efforts by adding 3 major organizations to our program and collaborating closely with the marketing team, which lead to launching and overseeing the implementation of over 150 donated accounts. Led initiatives within our Women in Construction team, lifting up the voices of trades women and their journeys in construction. With a focus on organization, documentation, and building strong relationships with key partners and customers, I drive program strategy and help leaders deliver on their goals.
