During that time, we lived in Colorado, North Carolina, Minnesota, and most recently spent a couple of cherished years on sabbatical in France. Prior to our sabbatical, I led recruiting operations for a long-term care company with 30 facilities across four states.Having served as both a Hiring Manager and an Executive Recruiter, I understand firsthand the importance of hiring the right person and building a strong, cohesive team.
