As the owner of Staged Detroit, I led more than 80 projects per year, managing everything from vacant home staging and model unit design to full-service renovations. I oversaw design approvals, vendor coordination, client updates, and on-site timelines — all while keeping projects on track and budget in a fast-moving environment. Behind the scenes, I also managed the office, overseeing invoicing, payroll, hiring and training, CRM development, inventory systems, and calendar management.
