Experienced Healthcare Leader of Quality, Risk, Regulatory, Patient Experience, and Patient Safety, with a demonstrated history of increasing IP and OP core measure compliance, improvement in MIPS METRICS, decreasing IP mortality rates and complications, and reducing readmission rates, decreasing door to needle times, decreasing the incidence of HAI’s and PI’s, increased patient safety awareness, education, conducting RCA’s, FMEA’s, audits, increasing Leapfrog grades, continuous survey readiness, EOC/LS/SPD/Unit tracers, working in the operating room, acute care, ICU, sterile processing, dialysis, and staff development.
