I was promoted to Director of Ethics, Compliance and Culture to oversee a growing Ethics and Compliance Team. In this role, I:• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ethics and Compliance department and its staff.• Budget owner for Ethics and Compliance department (half a million-dollar budget).• Oversee the Ethical Conduct Review (ECR) process and serve as the staff liaison for the Independent Review Board (IRB) that hears, reviews, investigates and determines ethical complaints brought against ICF members and credential holders. • Oversee the Accreditation Complaint process. • Lead and conduct a review of the ICF Code of Ethics every three years, working with an international Code Review Team. All ICF stakeholders are bound by the ICF Code.• Orchestrate all launch initiatives to introduce the revised ICF Code to our stakeholders once approved by the Board.• Manage ICF trademarks (existing and new) in countries across the globe. • Serve as staff liaison to the Ethics Advocacy Team, a team designed to partner with Boards and teams across the ICF Ecosystem to advocate to ensure ethics is deeply rooted across the organization.• Serve as liaison to ICF’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) attorney to ensure organizational GDPR compliance.• Coordinate, plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings for ethics volunteer groups in the system.• Present on coaching ethics and ICF compliance matters for ICF Chapters and stakeholder groups across the ecosystem, as well as events outside of ICF (ASAE).
