Drive innovation in HR functions and processes while supporting transformation efforts • Support 3 Glass Manufacturing Production facilities and support their HR Business Partners within those locations with employee relation and day-to-day HR life cycle matters • Ensure proper administration of all HR-related policies, procedures, systems, and processes • Partner and promote HR programs to create an employee-oriented experience that balances the needs of the business • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates • Provide strategic guidance to leaders in areas of change management and employee development including individual performance development, career, and talent development • Partner with manufacturing plant leadership to best attract, motivate, develop, and retain a diverse group of employees • Lead change management by partnering with customers to recognize new and better ways, help them navigate beyond status quo and advance the HR operating model • Drive multiple projects at the same time while balancing this multi-site generalist role • Jump to support an additional site that was a union facility to reduce risk and deliver necessary HR support during a divestment • Streamline and restructure processes such as: EHS OSHA safety reporting, tax credit surveys, temp/vendor invoicing, sign-on and referral bonuses, terminations, badging, new hire orientation, verifying employment, exit interviews, plant communication, and wellness programs • Travel to the 3 locations I support to encourage deeper discussions, in-person communication, and provide coaching or challenge to help leaders make the best possible outcome
