I have the privilege of leading a global team of 60 sellers, architects, pre-sales engineers, customer success managers and marketing specialists. My mission as Technology Managing Director is to ensure my clients are successful in applying technology solutions to propel their business forward. I am dedicated to understanding my client\'s unique needs, advising on differentiated solutions and aligning IBM\'s technology when appropriate to deliver outsized business outcomes - ultimately boosting IBM\'s presence as a strategic partner. Leading a global Signature account team means I am accountable for driving growth in IBM\'s revenue and net promoter score, guiding the client team with a well-defined strategy and a compelling sense of purpose, and serving as a mentor to nurture talent within both the core and extended teams while embodying growth framework leadership behaviors.I have over 20 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, and client advocacy. Along with other sales executives, I coach the sales professionals across all our divisions and at every every level to help them accelerate their client engagement successes. Outside of work, I am a Peloton enthusiast, tennis player, community volunteer, music lover, novice golfer, and a lifetime fan of the many University of Virginia athletic teams (Go Hoos!).
