We bring decades of experience in humanitarian and fragile contexts to support clients to develop strategy, programming, coalitions and organizations that serve women and other groups most impacted by conflict, displacement, poverty and inequality.Select clients and projects include: o UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women – facilitating a UN interagency process to align on a feminist-inspired resource distribution framework to drive system-wide change across the UN and channel better resourcing to women’s rights organizations o Institute for International Criminal Investigations and the Murad Project – development of a guide for funders to apply the Murad Code, a code of conduct for those collecting information from survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, in their grantmaking o Global Center for Gender Equality supporting gender integration at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation - strategic review of the Emergency Response Program’s body of work with local NGOs; literature review on GBV issues amongst community health workers, landscape study of GBV actors in Ethiopia. o Save the Children – led the development process of a global gender equality program framework to guide gender integration efforts across the federation; supported the documentation of an anti-racists and decolonizing approach to local partnerships o Mina’s List – providing technical and strategic advice on programming to support exiled Afghan women political leaders and human rights defenders o CARE – facilitated a global retreat for the Gender Equality Impact Area Strategy; developed GBViE guidance documents and tools o Norwegian Refugee Council – co-led a gender assessment and integration project for legal aid programs in the Middle East Region
