My passion is inviting the human connection into sales and training.Known for my brimming enthusiasm and urgency for the mission, I develop lean processes and curricula to solve providers’ problems, deliver high-quality patient care, and advance the strategic and financial aspects of any organization’s portfolio.I got my start as a respiratory therapist, and while the instant gratification of giving breath gave me satisfaction, I get a rush when I teach! Learning new technology can be nerve-wracking, so I prioritize empathy, adult learning style, and small wins during training and curriculum development. When providers get stuck, I’m the consultant called in. A top performer in surgical procedures, too, I was the first product specialist who independently conducted robotic full knee replacement surgeries with providers in the Pittsburgh-area.From device sales to clinical training, I interface with multiple stakeholders from C-Suite hospitalists to sales and marketing during clinical presentations and at national sales meetings. Declared a “product and clinical knowledge expert” with “a strong work ethic, positive attitude,” and “compassion and conscientiousness that is second to none” by my past supervisor, I’ve had significant career wins in the following areas: → CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENTI take training online and adjust curricula to the needs of the client. By adapting generic curriculum to bite-size modules, I graduated a provider from training after three prior failed attempts with previous consultants.→ TRAINING & DEVELOPMENTI cut patient turnaround time by 30 minutes and increased patient traffic 650% by designing and training a lean procedure to increase quality care with practices operating in full capacity.→ PRODUCT UTILIZATIONI created an early adoption technique to counter low product utilization, through which I began training fourth-year residents in device use to perform the procedure on their own for use in their future practice.I love what I do.
