ABOUT KRISTINE THODY

As a certified coach, I’ve been a catalyst for change by developing leaders around the world in both their lives and careers for 25 years. My approach is grounded in authenticity and human connection; because real growth happens when we stop performing and start leading and living from who we truly are. I’ve coached clients across industries who have worked for ground breaking companies around the globe. This includes rising professionals to seasoned executives. My training includes certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the International Coaches Federation, and in Relational Trauma.I’ve been named one of Influencer Digest’s Top 21 Coaches in Vancouver and have received multiple honours, including the CEO Today Executive Coaching Award (2022) and Leadership Development Coach of the Year (2023) from Acquisition International’s Global Excellence Awards. When I coach, I believe in celebrating all of the parts that make us who we are at the core. I know from personal experience that it can take time to uncover your true authenticity and remove the armour from your life experiences. Together, we co-create a safe and supportive space to explore and experience your journey. My own path wasn’t a straight line, it was a squiggle of exploration. I’ve lived many professional lives: accounting, financial recruiting, higher education. But at the heart of each step was a passion for people and a deep belief in human potential. Coaching became my “yes.”At UBC Sauder School of Business, I spearheaded coaching services and programs for more than alumni building careers around the world. UBC Sauder continuously earns the title of Canada’s top business program (Maclean’s Magazine, 2025), and for nearly a decade, I got to build and lead the charge with a fiery passion. Now, I run my own practice, creating space for deep transformation in individuals and teams. I’ve worked with clients across Canada, the US, the UK, Asia, Europe, South America, and Australia. What motivates me? People who crave more; success with meaning, connection, clarity.Take it from me, you are worthy of a career and life driven by purpose.
