ABOUT KRISTINE WINTER

I am an accomplished consultant and director with considerable experience in leading projects designed to benefit people. I prefer to help draw the lines, not just color between them. I specialize in facilitating organizational growth, financial management, efficiency and delivery of services. For the past 20 years I have focused on the needs of rural Alaska with emphasis on program development, medical services, and construction. I am proud to be known as an engaging leader of people with exceptional communication skills and the talent for cultivating high performance teams to meet and exceed objectives. I have solid knowledge in navigating the terrain to achieve results in planning and implementing effective programs and projects. Positively impacting construction, rural development and healthcare, has been the purpose of my highly successful consultancy and project management company. My Alaskan journey began when my family and I founded, built and have operated our own business of travel lodging in scenic Alaska over the past 25 years. From clearing our own land, to designing and building our own log cabins by hand, to creating a successful adventure travel destination and finally to building a successful consulting business from scratch - I always set the bar high and pursue with passion!
