I manage content licensing for all projects for text and video third-party assets. I research, negotiate, and draft contracts with content creators worldwide and manage a team of freelancers to make sure all projects are completed on time and at or under budget. I also manage the company\'s IP infringement claims and permission authorizations, am a lead on moving our department from spreadsheets to an online, application-based database/tracking system, and review and improve internal workflows. I regularly work cross-departmentally to train and advise in all things Rights-related and recently completed Harvard\'s professional development course CopyrightX.
