An accomplished entrepreneur, Kristin has founded, self-funded, grown and sold businesses in the real estate, hospitality and wellness spaces. Her most recent venture, SWET, is embracing the social wellness revolution with a mobile sauna and ice bath experience inside a vintage airstream trailer. The first of it\'s kind, this wellness experience on wheels is more than just a contrast therapy treatment. It\'s a new way for people to socialize and network with like-minded individuals who value their health. It\'s a brand vehicle to help showcase wellness brands on the street via branded pop-up events and wellness festivals. The growth and expansion plan includes franchising the business to other aspiring founders. In the real estate industry Kristin sets herself apart by providing concierge like service for her clients who include celebrities and high net-worth individuals. She employs a full-service advisory approach for new development leasing and sales which includes hands-on consultation on initial pricing, layouts and finishes, as well as brand management and marketing guidance, from project launch to sell out. With strong outreach, attention to detail, determination and tenacious negotiation skills, Kristin has proven invaluable to her long list of loyal clients. Kristin founded Avenue Residential in 2014 specializing in luxury home sales and new construction, then in 2020 she sold the company to the largest national real estate brokerage in the country, operated her team under that brokerage for 3 years while exceedlily performing in the top 1% of the company\'s sales professionals. And then in 2023 she brought her real estate practice private again to continue to service her most loyal clients and provide consulting services and referrals to real estate professionals around the country. Prior to real estate, Kristin earned a Bachelors of Science from Drexel University and found significant success as an advertising executive and public relations strategist where she developed close relationships with celebrities, professional athletes and corporate executives.
