As Program Manager for new Monetization Product Testing Team I manage and execute 7 - 10 product tests for 0 to 1 products. I work in partnership directly with product XFNs (PMM, PM, Eng, DS, UXR, and Design) to build out alpha and beta tests for products within a few spaces: FB and IG Creators, Commerce, and Ads. My work is essential to the GTM strategy for every product and have experience in testing in multiple markets. When not running product tests I work on team projects/work streams aligned to communication and partnership efficiency. At present I work to fortify the relationship between my MPT Team and DS. The highlight of my work and what keeps me coming to work every day is my ability to understand Creator and client needs, voice their concerns in product meetings or when we are at the design table, and address issues in real time to create a better overall product experience.
