ABOUT KRISTINE M HARTMANN

My specialty is Data. I can pull it in, standardize it, clean it up, normalize it and give it back so you to USE it in a meaningful way- I face super-size data sets with a twinkle in my eye and work tirelessly until I have tamed it- Traditional size data sets are a breeze. Both will allow my manager to garner insights and drive business decisions- Within my specialty, as I dig, define and determine, I am also able to apply a ‘common sense’ mentality to process control. If we cannot make it better in terms of cost, we will make it better in terms of speed and efficiency- I ‘lead’ unofficially by doing what comes next. Since I have been bossing people around accidentally since kindergarten, it’s rarely surprising when I’ve handed out team assignments and went back to work before anyone realizes I’m not in charge- I love making a difference. Whether it is for the greater good in terms of corporation or community, I have an innate drive to make lives better, easier. Selfishly, this also brings me a great deal of joy- My goal is to be an indispensable part of a team that cultivates mutually beneficial relationships with all customers, both internally and externally. To work in a dynamic, fast-paced, solution-oriented environment within an organization that demonstrates social accountability and ethical treatment throughout their supply chain- The ideal position for me will provide challenge and demand a broad use of my core skills, values, and abilities including (but not limited to) data, optimization, accountability, continuous improvement, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and commitment-I am a self-starter who values and counts on innovative ideas to create solutions. My ambition is to grow and stretch within an organization that rewards exceptional performance, results, loyalty, hard work, and a strong work ethic.
