Built company from one location and four staff to four high-volume locations with an online/e-commerce presence, 20+ staff and 50+ wholesale clients that include Whole Foods, Beekman 1802, Aroma Thyme Bistro, Phoenicia Diner and Rushing Duck Brewery. Create annual plans for corporate growth and evolution, while driving the operational launch of company policies/procedures, which includes supply chain, human resources, administrative processes, IT, and other functions designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives. Manage daily activities and workflow, while overseeing the development/implementation of policies, methods and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Lead marketing and communication programs and relationships for the organization’s products and image across categories in media of all forms; serve as company voice.
