As part of the Amentum Proposal Development Team, I support the various proposal efforts under Critical Mission business lines, which include: Sustainment & Analytics, Aviation Solutions, Ranges & Aerial Operations, Space & Critical Infrastructure, Logistics & Supply Chain, and Diplomacy & International Development. My duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Support multiple responses to RFPs, RFI, Corporate Marketing/Communications, etc: • Create writer’s documents using Proposal Manager’s outline • Establish internal production schedule • Run daily automation on proposal files to insert completed graphics and maintain formatting • Support Proposal Manager in development of a proposal review schedule • Provide desktop publishing functions, administrative support, security control, and distribution of proposal and/or oral presentations • Leading implementation of PleaseReview software across Critical Mission business lines, providing training, secure access and post-review analysis
