I\'m interested in promoting equitable, climate-conscious development in California\'s San Joaquin Valley. I\'m currently engaged in helping communities access and apply for Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities and Transformative Climate Communities program funds under California\'s landmark Cap and Trade program. The bulk of my work is focused on developing meaningful partnerships between public agency, housing and transit partners to help break down institutional silos and promote scaled-up efforts to create inclusive, community-responsive development.
