ABOUT KRISTINE LYNN WEBBER

I have a rich and diverse background in program planning, evaluation and research, with a focus on the mental health and addictions. I am presently working as a Planning and Evaluation Coordinator, within the Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) program, at Nova Scotian Health. In this role, I support the Senior Analysts and Senior Consultants in program evaluation and oversight of provincial initiatives. Prior to this position, I worked in MHA, Intake, Registration and Reporting and as a Research Statistics Officer/ Data Analyst for both Public Health and the Nova Scotia Rehabilitation Centre, NSHA in addition to several contract positions within academic research. Previously, I have volunteered for the NS Health Research Ethics Board as well as the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) Accessibility Advisory Committee. In addition, I am a published author, who is highly adept at qualitative and mix methods research and I have completed an MA in Health Promotion, through the Dalhousie, School of Health and Human Performance. My professional interests include: Housing and other social determinants of health, mental wellness, harm reduction and suicide prevention.
