ABOUT KRISTINE HUYNH
As a UX/UI Designer, I apply my user research, data analysis, and visual design skills to create and improve user experiences for digital products and services. I manage a portfolio of 50+ campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely data tracking and reporting. I also support the design team in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps for the reporting dashboard based on user interviews, surveys, and testing. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sociology from San Jose State University, where I learned to think methodically and critically about social issues and human behavior. I also completed courses in Tech Fundamentals at NPower and User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly, where I gained hands-on experience in using tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and Adobe Photoshop. I am passionate about using my sociology and tech background to empathize with users, understand their needs and challenges, and design solutions that improve their daily lives.
