Responsible for leading the US Mobility (International Assignments and Domestic Relocation) and Immigration Services Team and Programs for Boehringer-Ingelheim, an International Pharmaceutical Company. This includes Strategic oversight, Vendor Management and administration of our programs. and processes. Provides HR and management with strategic direction on Mobility and Immigration services across all BI U.S. operating units (approximately employees). Worked on the development of a Global Mobility program that is best in class and consistent with BI organizational philosophy and business needs to help establish BI as an employer of choice.
