   Responsible for developing and executing a new Project Management role for iscg. Challenged to maintain current employee processes while reaching the goal of assisting Workplace Coordinators by 10%, Interior Design by 10%, Management by 10%, and Workplace Consultants by 70%- Performed gap analysis to determine opportunities for project management assistance. Worked with team members to define their current responsibilities, preferred ways of communication, and gained an understanding of the programs they utilize- Developed a platform of communication and project tracking that could be accessed from any computer or smartphone- Set and achieved personal development goal of being 100% paperless by researching current project management software platforms and utilizing Microsoft Office with Smartsheet within the first 3 months- Created an asset utilization tracking process, with automations, for workplace consultants when customers requested chair evaluations. The process introduced efficiencies that reduced time and loss of inventory which, historically, cost around annually- Accepted additional responsibility of being the dealership’s Architectural Walls Expert. Currently training on CET design software and studying structural, electrical, and design features of three Haworth movable wall systems- Project management responsibilities include, developing project schedule, highlighting milestones; gathering labor quotes; performing site analysis for space constraints and electrical/data coordination; planning logistics for product removal and delivery; reviewing specifications; attaining required documents; reviewing architectural and electrical drawings; scheduling and conducting project installation meetings; overseeing installation of deliverables with onsite troubleshooting; and working with punch items through to completion.
