ABOUT KRISTINE CORDTS

I oversee a dynamic team, empowering victims of intimate crime and abuse by providing support, promoting justice and preventing violence. Our vision is to be a leader in preventing intimate crime​ and supporting victims and their families, while bringing awareness to the community. Throughout my career, I\'ve been guided by my faith and a passion to care for people through programs and services that increase quality of life. My professional experiences include nonprofit leadership, team development, strategic planning, transitional leadership, paid and volunteer leadership of fundraising events, grant writing, donor cultivation and solicitation, policy development and implementation, and development planning, as well as volunteer management. Prior policy and program work includes many areas of community development stateside: general population health, prenatal care, addictions, nutrition, housing, adult education, emergency management and workforce development. I’ve been honored to work with teams abroad in social enterprise, providing opportunities for small business development and dignified work.
