As an Intake Specialist, I serve as the primary liaison between clients and attorneys in the Insurance Bad Faith and Property Damage department. In the aftermath of the Los Angeles wildfires, our firm is assisting those affected with both their insurance claims and a mass tort action against responsible third parties. This work demands not only organization, attention to detail, and empathy, but also a strong working knowledge of the law.I am responsible for knowing each case inside and out so I can present it effectively to attorneys and engage in informed discussions about legal strategy. I gather and analyze key case information, organize and preserve evidence, schedule property inspections, coordinate with clients and attorneys, maintain communication with multiple law firms, draft legal documents, prepare case summaries, and ensure all deadlines are met.
