Multi-hyphenate, story-telling professional who has worked in entertainment, arts, and the fitness and wellness industry for over 15 years with a vision to bring outside voices, transformation and joy to storytelling. I have worked at esteemed institutions including University of Southern California, University of Michigan, and Fairleigh Dickinson. My teaching has been honed in the classroom with all levels and ages. My philosophy is dynamic, experiential, and inclusive. I have choreographed operas, musicals, film and commercials.Along with an MFA in Acting, I hold certifications in yoga, Pilates, group fitness, heart-rate, and stretch.
