I am a Rutgers University graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Digital Communications, Information, and Media. My education provided a strong foundation in HR principles, strategic thinking, and digital communication, helping me adapt to evolving HR technologies and industry. At The US Sun, I gained valuable newsroom experience, strengthening my ability to collaborate cross-functionally and think strategically. Now, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, I support recruitment efforts by identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Not only am I passionate about aligning HR with organizational goals, but I am eager to grow in this field and make a meaningful impact through people-focused initiatives.
