Lead the CMS/PIM/DXP platform, site experimentation and optimization, search engine optimization, site search, and UX/UI functions. While planning the 2023 redesign, tested and implemented changes on the current storefront resulting in $7.75 million in incremental revenue in 2022. Conducted checkout page testing, resulting in changes that helped boost new user acquisition by 50%. Integrated our express delivery site FoodKick into FreshDirect as FD Express, in order to simplify internal processes and reducing development costs. Investigated underperforming content, recommenders and attributes, and eliminated them in order to improve the visibility of the most relevant attributes.
