ABOUTI am a motivational, strategic pharmacy executive with deep experience in team building, mentoring, collaboration, and execution. I am a driver of change, with a resilient, innovative mindset and determination to overcome obstacles. WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE With over 20 years of experience in health care and health-system pharmacy leadership, I have opened new hospitals, led teams through systemwide practice standardization, expanded levels of service, and facilitated merger practice integration. I have led system automation and informatics database conversions and have championed systemwide medication reconciliation safety initiatives.WHAT I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT Improving patient care and creating a culture of safety and innovation where individuals can reach their highest potential as we collectively strive to improve the outcomes for our patients stimulates me to bring my best self each and every day. Leadership is never more rewarding than when I can make a leader or frontline team member’s career more efficient or fulfilling because of the policies, practices, or standardizations I have implemented. WHAT I BELIEVE The potential of a diverse team always outshines an individual and I believe great teams have the strength, insight, and power to find their solutions and achieve amazing results. Through positive thoughts and actions, all health care workers can make a tremendous impact on the life of every patient, even if not an immediate care provider.
