Integrate sustainability into business practices and the culture of the organization • Champion research for best practices and solutions to lead the business towards: GHG reductions, building certifications, net zero energy, carbon neutrality, water and waste efficiencies • Identify data needs, create useful metrics, and develop major program initiatives • Guide analysis for investment in efficiency measures, renewables, energy storage, etc. • Lead internal stakeholders and external consultants in reporting and disclosures • Track progress to ESG goals and drive improvements in ESG rankings and ratings • Represent Rexford in professional industry forums, events, and conferences • Support employee engagement efforts related to ESG
