About Kristin Bloser
With over 15 years of experience in ESG, sustainability and climate risk management, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives innovation and impact in the banking sector. As the VP and Senior Sustainability Officer at Comerica Bank, I have led several internal cross-functional teams around greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability engagement and ESG disclosures to achieve our sustainability and ESG goals.I have extensive expertise in corporate sustainability, greenhouse gas accounting, climate analytics, ESG/sustainability disclosures (GRI/CDP/TCFD/SASB), sustainability operations and colleague engagement, communications and training. I led the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) Business Loans external bank workgroup, and I am a Climate Safe Lending Network Fellow, learning from and collaborating with global experts and peers on climate finance solutions. My program support has been integral to Comerica\'s success over the years, including but not limited to the development and disclosure of our first financed emissions estimate in 2023, 10+ years of creating and publishing annual sustainability/ESG disclosures, and driving significant operational sustainability progress.I have excellent analytical, project management and communication skills, and I am a long-time user of data management and reporting platforms to collect and analyze numerical and narrative data for our annual ESG report from more than 50 contributors. I have also conducted stakeholder engagement with internal and external audiences to help align our priorities and expectations and to inform our external disclosure priorities.
