Received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Western Carolina University. Have built upon experience in the hospitality and higher education fields to become a true servant leader and coach. My mission is to focus on the Human aspect of Human Resources and to ensure all new and existing employees become the very best they can be, while feeling supported, elevated, and recognized in their work lives.

   Manage all recruiting activities across the region, spanning 17 counties in North Carolina. Also work closely with the leadership team to monitor and manage employee engagement and retention efforts. Collaboration with branch managers is key, ensuring guidance, training, and coaching are provided and that the hiring process is driven to completion. I also lead, develop, and encourage a team of Junior Recruiters, partner with local schools and colleges, and partner with marketing to manage our social media brand for recruiting efforts. Routinely interpret DiSC assessments for use in interviews and train managers on best way to utilize the information.
