Host of the Running Unicorns Podcast (runningunicorns.com), a production by Southtown Communications-I connect and advise decision-makers and stakeholders to create impact. With over 15 years of experience in social impact and gender equity, I am passionate about creating positive change and meaningful outcomes through strategic partnerships and relationships.I leverage my Master of Public Administration degree and my certifications in Influencer and Crucial Conversations to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and develop impactful communication strategies.At Sports Innovation Lab, I managed and executed programs and events for sports industry leaders and influencers, and led Women\'s Initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the sports sector, as well as ultimately showcase the business opportunities of women\'s sports.I also consult, advise, and speak about how to utilize insights curated from internet culture, fan behaviors, market trends, and current events to create innovative solutions.In my spare time, I can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, tuning into a thought-provoking podcast (feel free to send any good ones my way!), and cheering on Carry athletes, elite runners, the Washington Spirit, Flyers, Buckeyes, and Cougs to name a few! 🤘
