Develop and sustain a collaborative, safe department culture/ community of practice that supports, engages and uplifts a diverse faculty to change students’ lives.• Oversaw shift of Graduate IT programs from six-week to ten-week terms, which entails revising all graduate IT classes, and scheduling them in dual modalities concurrently until shift is complete in July 2024.• Proposed and helped develop the MS Cybersecurity Management (MSCM) and MS Data Analytics (MSDA). • Implemented competency-based education in our MS Information Technology (MSIT) and MSCM.• My faculty developed multiple open courses in personal cybersecurity and collaborated on multiple open courses in artificial intelligence.• Helped start our student Cybersecurity Club and Cloud Club. • Initiated, and collaborated across the university to plan and present, an annual, University-wide student research symposium that was later combined with the university-wide PG Village Research Conference. • Help promote our graduate IT programs and assure that they meet market demand. Ensure programs and courses comply with academic standards. • Finalist for the 2015 Kaplan Way Leadership Award, and winner of 2017 Kaplan Way Award.
