About Kristina Nilsson
J.P. Morgan’s AI banking business encompasses infrastructure and model providers, horizontal and vertical applications, and robotics companies – addressing both the digital and physical worlds. Kristina is responsible for designing and executing the AI group’s strategy, sourcing and building relationships with clients, and promoting and delivering the firm. For over 20 years, Kristina has advised leading founders, investors, and companies on mission-critical strategic and financial decisions. She specializes in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, and both public and private equity and debt financings. Kristina has raised capital and advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $150 billion. Kristina serves on the Board of Directors of the Workforce Professionals Training Institute. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kristina joined J.P. Morgan in 2005 as part of the firm’s Diversified Industries Investment Banking Group.
