The Kentucky Small Business Development Center is a statewide network of professional business coaches that focus on one thing: supporting Kentucky businesses as they grow. Since 1981, the program has worked with tens of thousands of entrepreneurs to start, thrive, and build a better Kentucky. When it comes to serving small businesses, the Kentucky SBDC is the Commonwealth\'s only nationally accredited program with a documented history of impact and return on investment. The Kentucky SBDC is funded in part through the U.S. Small Business Administration and is administered by the University of Kentucky\'s College of Agriculture, Food and Environment as a state mandated program. The organization is also supported through partnerships with economic development organizations, academic hosts, as well as local and regional governments.
