As a Sr. Director at Beautycounter, I lead a growing team of 100+ consultants whom I train to educate on ingredient safety and advocacy, sell our luxury beauty products, share the opportunity as a Consultant and advocate to fulfill the company\'s mission: to get safe products into the hands of everyone. Beautycounter a multi-channel retail brand that is sold through direct to consumer including our stores in NYC, Nantucket, and Denver, e-commerce platforms, our network of independent consultants and through strategic retail partnerships with companies such as Veronica Beard, Goop, and SoulCycle (to name a few!)Beautycounter is a disruptive beauty brand dedicated to radical transparency. A certified B-Corp, Beautycounter provides a line of luxury, safe, effective and high-performing personal care products, while also creating a movement toward significant social change. The U.S. has not passed a major federal law regulating the ingredients in our personal care products since 1938, and we believe it\'s time for change.As a Senior Director, I have built a client base of 250 men and women while leading 100 consultants.
