At Celonis, I have led our regional professional services, value engineering, and customer value organisations in the DACH (Central Europe) region. Our Celonis Services team ensures successful implementation and rapid time to value and ROI from customers’ investment in Celonis. Prior to Celonis, I was the regional leader of customer success for Salesforce, responsible for delivering world-class levels of retention and platform growth across Germany and Austria, one of the key markets in the world for Salesforce. In prior roles, I helped clients build digital business models and achieve digital transformation as a strategy consultant with Booz & Company, later Strategy & and part of the PwC network. As an entrepreneur, I founded a social marketplace startup. Speaker, panelist and moderator at industry events and conferences (e.g, Advertising Week New York, Cannes Lions).
