About Kristina Alfonsi
I’m a creative development leader who loves turning big ideas into shippable experiences without losing the magic that made them exciting in the first place. I work at the intersection of immersive worlds, storytelling, and collaboration, shaping interactive experiences that feel intentional, expressive, and genuinely fun to spend time in. My background spans games, animation, and emerging platforms, where I’ve led creative direction across art, narrative, and gameplay in close partnership with internal teams and external collaborators. Along the way, I’ve helped reimagine The Sims for a new generation at EA, led mixed-reality and multi-device interactive experiences at Amazon Alexa Games, and supported feature-quality character performance on Disney’s Scrat Tales at Blue Sky Studios. I’m especially drawn to the moment where an idea starts to become real. When clarity, structure, and trust help a team move from exploration into something players can actually feel. I care deeply about craft, collaboration, and building experiences that invite people in, guide them gently, and reward curiosity. Lately, I’ve been especially interested in how playful design, emotional clarity, and systems thinking support learning and shared discovery.I am on a journey to connect (and reconnect) more deeply with my peers in the animation, games and immersive experiences industries. No solicitations for outsourcing, please.
