   Responsible for making sure payroll is entered in to our system in a timely manner to meet the deadline for submission. Handle the new hire paperwork then submit to HR. Order drug screening though our system for new hires and associates that had an accident that requires a drug test. Print out pay stubs for our hourly associates along with the weekly safety form that they must sign then file in their folder. Submitting vendor invoices through the workflow process so they get submitted for payment then file the invoice for future use if needed. Submit expense reports through the workflow process for approval then submitted to account to remit payment Order office supplies. Greet the trades that come in to the construction trailer and help guide them on what they are looking for. Order breakfast and lunches when requested by my Project Manager or by the Superintendent. Order food, drinks, tents chairs and tables for commissioning and associate appreciation days. Keep updated Employee folders. Make sure the office is running smoothly
