ABOUT KRISTINA VALENZUELA
Strategic design thinker, with a passion for brand strategy, product development and management. In my recent role as Project Manager, I coordinated with systems integrations, IT, accounting, and procurement teams to bring hospitality customers in alignment with their digital transformations. I also served as a driver of software enhancements to meet customer needs. I previously managed the online procurement platform for all brands within BWH Hotel Group. I touched every aspect of the program from user training, supplier liaison, and program strategy. I love public speaking and thrive on collaboration with diverse teams, including software engineers and product vendors, and can move easily between team member and team leader. In looking at problems, I seek to identify innovative solutions for technical and programmatic needs, and to ensure appropriate methods are used for each unique challenge. My mix of business and design education creates a unique perspective in identifying problems and seeking proper and effective solutions.
