Key areas of focus- Partnering with Account Directors on high-profile client accounts- Driving service excellence and building trusted client relationships- Using data insights to identify opportunities and improve performance- Supporting compliance, risk management and supply chain delivery- Collaborating with Energy and Smart Engineering teams to implement innovative, tech-driven solutionsThe Trailblazer Scheme offers two six-month placements across key accounts, professional development including ILM Level 5 training, and dedicated mentoring from Bellrock’s senior leadership. At the end of the programme, I’ll step into a permanent role aligned with my skills, performance, and career aspirations.
