I have excellent analytical, team leadership, and management skills and a track record of engaging stakeholders and gaining buy-in through a focus on economic and financial benefits for each initiative. I also have an exceptional talent for hearing and identifying client pain points and synchronizing those with organizational goals and objectives. In my current role as Digital Factory Practice Lead, I oversee the delivery of projects in the North America, after my promotion into this newly created role. I’m responsible for project delivery in the digital factory space of SAP, including project management oversight and performance. I am currently directing $22M in active projects across the US, including Digital Manufacturing (DM) for both process and discrete manufacturing, SAP S4, and many third party applications.
