As a Managing Director with ACA I work closely with my colleagues across all ACA divisions in order to assist our investment management clients with integrated compliance advice, ensuring that their compliance programs are both efficient and effective. I have a particular focus on work with SEC registered and exempt reporting advisers who are have operations located outside of the United States as well as US based private fund managers managing real estate and private equity. I consult with investment managers and work with them to design compliance programs that meet not only regulatory requirements but that are customized to the risks of their particular business. My consulting work includes a range of firms from start up fund managers to fully integrated diversified financial companies advising and sub advising mutual funds. I also coordinate registration and filings with the SEC, mock SEC examinations, coordination of testing programs and annual compliance reviews. SpecialtiesCo-Head ACA Group\'s real estate compliance sector as well as focusing on SEC registered investment advisers operating with non US based affiliates under a participating affiliate regime.
