As the Chief Executive Officer of Hope Center for the Arts, I have the honor of leading an extraordinary nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through high-quality arts education and meaningful community engagement.Drawing on my background in arts administration and partnership development, I focus on building sustainable collaborations, strengthening program delivery, and expanding our impact across Orange County and beyond. Under my leadership, Hope continues its long legacy of providing innovative programming in visual arts, music, performing arts, and tailored day services, all designed to empower our artists to discover and share their talents.Current priorities include:• Enhancing the Tailored Day Services (TDS) program and expanding community-based employment opportunities• Strengthening relationships with the Regional Center and partner agencies• Growing Hope’s visibility and donor base through strategic outreach and advocacy• Cultivating a supportive, mission-driven staff culture centered on equity, creativity, and impactI am passionate about advancing access to the arts and ensuring that every individual we serve has the tools and opportunities to reach their full potential on stage, in the studio, and in the community.
