From the first batch of our oven-baked crackers, came the birth of a 100-year-old New England tradition. It started with our all-natural dough recipe mixed and rolled by hand, then stamped into individual crackers and baked in a wood-fired brick oven. Today, we continue this tradition, baking our all-natural dough for our crackers and cookies at our production facility in the heart of Rutland, Vermont.
