ABOUT KRISTINA LEWISON

Kristina has decades of Investment Management experience with institutional real estate portfolios. Her extensive asset management responsibilities include office, industrial, mixed-use & multi-family assets. Kristina has managed broad portfolios of industrial, office, and multi-family in Washington, California, Oregon, Denver, Texas & Arizona. Her responsibilities included oversight of brokerage teams, property managers, on-site staff, significant capital improvements, repositioning, financial reporting, client & tenant relationships. In addition to investment management, her expertise includes collaborating on acquisitions, underwriting, developing broker relationships in key markets as well as leading disposition activities within her regions. At Invesco, Kristina is currently overseeing a portfolio of over $3B in multiple markets, engaging JV partnerships, managing both ground up developments as well as stabilized industrial assets. She has enjoyed being a panelist, a moderator and guest speaker at industry events. Kristina is actively involved in Building Block Foundation, a charitable organization, led by real estate professionals that give back to at-risk youth oriented charities.
