Ensures achievement of series purchasing related targets of dedicated suppliers in line with global purchasing commodity strategy- Performs market research for suitable suppliers, technology trends/clusters based on MQ business/sales strategy- Develops regional Commodity strategy in alignment with Commodity manager and supports realization of Global Commodity strategy - Negotiates general contracts in cooperation with risk specialist and negotiates logistic agreement in alignment with logistics - Performs annual price negotiations for globally bundled demand in alignment with Commodity manager - Supports elevated tasks/escalations/issues between Marquardt and suppliers - Performs benchmarks and material cost comparisons- Conducts and communicates suppliers evaluation out of global perspective- Drive supplier development under lead of supplier quality- Keep supplier data up-to-date/initiate bidder list status changes- Support project buyer to finalize project-specific contracts
