Problem solver. Information junkie. People (and cookie) enthusiast.Whether through data driven analytics, effective design, or all of the above, my goal in work is to continuously grow and add value to people\'s lives. Currently, I am a Team Lead, Traffic Quality Specialist at a digital marketing agency where I manage campaigns for a wide variety of clients. We use data-driven strategies to help them reach their stated fraud and brand safety goals. I’ve had the opportunity to take ownership of a number of projects and large responsibilities that have resulted in an increased team knowledge base and an improved efficiency and accuracy in reported insights, while growing my project management and communication skills.In and out of the office, I am passionate about understanding and bringing people together. Perspectives, persistent improvement, beauty, and function are my bread and butter, and the pursuit of effective communication is my dessert.
